The site is operated and managed by Limor Yosifovich (the "studio").
The site presents contemporary textile artworks and provides information about commissions, workshops and exhibitions. It is not an online shop: no sale is concluded through the site and no payment is taken on it.
These terms are written in the masculine form in Hebrew for convenience only and apply to all genders equally.
02Use of the site
The site may be used for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
- Use the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the studio.
- Copy, distribute, publish, transmit or create derivative works from the content without permission.
- Interfere with the operation of the site or the servers that run it.
- Use automated tools to harvest content or images from the site.
The studio may restrict or block access to anyone who breaches these terms.
03Artworks, images and intellectual property
All the artworks shown on this site, and the photographs of them, are the original work of Limor Yosifovich and are protected by copyright. All rights in the works, the photographs, the texts, the design, the trade marks and the code of the site belong to the studio, unless stated otherwise.
Copying, reproducing, printing, publishing, translating, selling or making any commercial use of the works or their images, in any medium, without prior written permission, is prohibited. This includes use as a reference or as training material for automated or generative systems.
Sharing a link to a page on the site, or reposting an image on social media with a clear credit to Limor Yosifovich and a link back, is welcome.

04Commissions, workshops and enquiries
Information on the site about commissions, workshops and available works is presented for information only and does not constitute a binding offer. It is an invitation to make contact.
The terms of any commission, acquisition or workshop, including price, scope, materials, timetable, delivery and cancellation, are agreed separately and directly between the studio and the client, in writing, before work begins. Nothing on this site replaces or overrides such an agreement.
Each work is made by hand. Colour, texture and dimensions of a made-to-order piece may differ from the photographed example, and that variation is part of the nature of the work.
05Accuracy of content and limitation of liability
Content on the site is provided as is. The studio makes a genuine effort to keep it accurate and current, but does not warrant that it is complete, error free or continuously available.
Images of artworks are shown for illustration. Colour and scale as they appear on screen depend on your display and may differ from the physical work.
The studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by use of the site, its content, or the inability to use it, to the extent permitted by law.
06External links
The site contains links to external sites and platforms, including Instagram and WhatsApp. The studio has no control over their content and is not responsible for the information or services they provide. Including a link is not a recommendation or endorsement.
07Privacy and accessibility
Handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Accessibility arrangements are described in the Accessibility Statement. Both form part of these terms.
08Changes
The studio may update these terms from time to time. A change takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from them lies with the competent courts in Israel.
